Eligibility

You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Email us at hello@coletteamour.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll walk you through next steps.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we receive and check your return, refunds typically post within 5–10 business days.

Final sale and custom pieces cannot be returned. If an item is marked final sale on the product page, that listing is non-returnable.
